Class in the Kitchen requires students to contact our Support Center at least 24 hours before the start of their scheduled cooking class to request a cancellation or rescheduling. Rescheduling is only allowed with private classes. This allows the instructor to prepare appropriately for their class and fill the vacant spot. A notice of at least 24 hours is required for a full refund. A student can request a class cancellation or class rescheduling by clicking here. Students must include their email address in the email section, enter "Class Cancellation or Class Rescheduling Request" in the Subject area. ln the description area, enter your full name, the cooking class name, date, time and the instructor name (which is displayed on your cooking class receipt and email confirmation). If you are requesting to reschedule your class, in the description area be sure to provide the day and time you would like to reschedule for your class. This is the only method that will serve as documentation for a full refund proving the 24 hour cancellation policy has been met.
